Could we leave our luggage at the hotel after check out or early check in?

Yes, that is possible. You could leave your luggage at the reception and pick it up later.

We might arrive later than 23.00. Is it still possible to check in after 23.00?
If you expect to arrive later than 23.00, then please contact us per e-mail at info@hotelvanonna.nl or by phone on 0031-(0)20-6265801.

For the reservation I have given my credit card details. Did I already make the payment?
No, your credit card details are only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and your card will not be charged by Hotel van Onna. Payments have to be made to the hotel in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). A surcharge of 5% applies when paying with any card at the hotel, except if you are paying with a Maestro Card.

Is it possible to have a room with canal view?
Many guests are interested in the rooms with a canal view. We will try to do our best to meet all your wishes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you that you will stay in a room with canal view. If you really want to stay in a room with canal view, please contact us.

What is the different between a twin room and a double room?
The difference is that a twin room has two separated beds and a double room one bed for two persons.
